Programs in this area aid in the development of young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.

All kids should have the opportunity to learn to cook a basic healthy meal. Club staff and volunteers lead Chef's Club activities that enable kids to make simple recipes like smoothies or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Other Health & Wellness activities provide mental health
